Information we collect

We only collect the information you send us through the contact form or by email: name, organisation, email address and the content of your message.

This site uses no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. The hosting provider records technical connection data (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the site secure and running.

Purpose

This information is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a business relationship. It is not sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.

Recipients and providers

Only the partners and staff of Lionsbridge handling your request have access to it. Two technical providers are involved:

• website and form hosting: Netlify, Inc. (United States);
• email: Proton AG (Switzerland).

As a result, information may be processed outside Cameroon, to the extent needed to handle your request.

Retention

Requests are kept for three years from the last exchange, unless a business relationship is entered into, in which case the rules specific to that relationship apply.

Your rights

Under Cameroonian Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 on the protection of personal data and, for individuals located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and to restrict its processing.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections only (HTTPS). Access to the messages received is limited to those who need it.
